Leslie G Shew, PhD, CTN

Dr. Leslie is a Wellness Coach focusing on whole body transformation. Her background is in education, counseling and traditional naturopathy, as well as Hemispheric Integration (form of NLP) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). Dr. Leslie earned her PhD in Natural Health Sciences with a dissertation focusing on the gut-brain connection. She uses her experience in education, nutrition and counseling for a unique approach to educating others in total body wellness. She holds an undergraduate degree in Education which she used in her former 16 year career working with adolescents diagnosed with learning disabilities, ADHD, anxiety disorders and depression. Her master's degree is in the area of Professional Counseling.

Her areas of focus are intestinal health, adrenal fatigue, stress management, brain health and anxiety. Her passion is helping bring awareness to those struggling with unwanted and unexplained health challenges. Her own personal journey gives her a unique perspective and understanding of her clients’ frustrations.

Dr Leslie is a Member of The American Nutraceutical Association and is DSHEA Certified (Dietary Supplement Health and Education), a Certified Nutritional Consultant, Certified Holistic Wellness Coach, a Certified Life Strategies Coach, and a Certified Traditional Naturopath through the American Naturopathic Certification Board. She is a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and the International Society for Neurofeedback & Research (ISNR)
